Payments     

  • All chauffeuring bookings are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking.
  • Remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before the day of the travel.
  • Bookings may be subject to additional waiting times, car parking charges and tolls. These will only be applied on your approval.
  • If you pay by card in the vehicle the charge on your credit or debit card statement will be shown as SQ LUSSO EXECUTIVE.
  • Any variations to the booking that involve extra time or mileage may be subject to additional charges. This includes delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, which will be payable via credit or debit card in the vehicle at time of hire.
  • Payments methods accepted include
    • Bank transfers
    • Credit or debit card (Using our ‘Square’ payment device)

 

Cancellation

  • Cancellations received 7 days or less before the day of travel will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received 24 hours or less before the day of travel or complete failure to notify will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Lusso Executive will endeavour to ensure the vehicle arrives at the time and placed requested. We cannot, however, accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic jams, traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions. Nor do we accept responsibility for any consequential loss.
  • If our driver is asked to wait either at the beginning or during a journey, waiting time is chargeable at our current standard rate.
  • Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects the Client’s statutory rights.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver, the vehicle or other passengers within the vehicle. We further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger.
  • If special cleaning of any vehicle is required because it has been left in an unreasonable state by a passenger/client, we reserve the right to charge the cost of cleaning to that passenger/client.
  • We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or chauffeur/driver.
  • We will not wait in undesignated areas or where a fine could be imposed. In circumstances where the Chauffeur is requested to wait in one of these areas, then the hirer of the vehicle will be completely responsible for any parking fines incurred.
